UK domestic orders are delivered within 3–7 working days after dispatch; European international orders take 7–14 working days. The specific delivery time is affected by logistics and customs clearance.
3. Can I return or exchange my jewellery order?
We support 30-day unconditional return and exchange for unused and intact products. Custom and clearance products are not eligible for return. Please check our Return & Refund Policy for detailed rules.
