Return & Refund Policy

To ensure a safe and satisfactory shopping experience for every customer, LINETTELONDON implements a standard 30-day return and refund policy in line with UK consumer protection laws.
1. Return Eligibility & Time Limit
Customers can apply for return or refund within 30 calendar days after receiving the goods. To be eligible for return, the jewellery must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and kept in the original official packaging with complete accessories and tags.
2. Non-Returnable Situations
The following situations do not support return and refund: products damaged artificially after receipt, products worn for a long time with obvious wear and tear, lost original packaging or accessories, personalised custom jewellery, and special discounted clearance products marked non-returnable.
3. Return Application Process
1. Contact our customer service email to submit a return application and explain the return reason.
2. Wait for our official return approval and obtain the return address instructions.
3. Send back the goods completely and keep the return waybill.
4. After we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will process the refund.
4. Refund Rules
After the returned goods pass the inspection, the refund will be returned to your original payment account within 3–5 working days. The refund amount includes only the product payment amount. The initial shipping fee and return shipping fee shall be borne by the customer unless the return is caused by our product quality problems or delivery errors.
5. Defective Product Processing
If you receive defective, damaged or wrong products, please provide real photos or video evidence within 7 days after receipt. We support free replacement or full refund, and we will bear the corresponding shipping costs.
